No, g4u makes a compressed image, designed to be transmitted by
network and uncompressed to x number of systems. It doesn't do a
direct bit-for-bit clone.

The only utility I've come across so far that appears to equal Ghost
is Paragon Drive Backup, http://www.drive-backup.com/

"Upgrade and clone option: you can copy one hard disk to another and
automatically scale partitions' sizes to new hard disk size. The new
hard disk will immediately become bootable."

Unfortunately (or not), it costs $49.95.
