[UFFI-Users] Enconding issues with the HTML version of the manual

Hello,

There's a minor problem with the HTML version of the manual. While  
the XHTML markup specifies an iso-8859-1 enconding, the server is  
sending "Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8".

BTW, a downloadable HTML version of the manual would be nice.
